Your device includes a USB-C cable in the box. Use it with a USB port on a computer or wall block, and plug the cord into your device to charge it. The white indicator light towards the bottom of the device near the charging port will light up. When the device is fully charged, the light will turn off. Open the small rubber fill port located on the side of your Reloaded Pod. Insert the tip of your favorite bottle of salt nicotine juice (LOON Salts work best!) and gently squeeze. When the pod is nearly full (overfilling can cause leakage or a flooded coil), remove the bottle and close the rubber cap. Set the pod into the magnetized battery port, and enjoy. The 1.3ohm Pods are designed to have similar flavor and vapor production to a LOON Maxx. Check to ensure that the Pod is filled with juice, and make sure the airflow hole is not obstructed by your fingers when using the device. Try plugging your USB cord into a different wall block, or your wall block into a different electrical outlet. LOON Reloaded always tastes best with LOON Salts, but you can use any salt nicotine based e-liquid in your device. Make sure that your device is charged (the light will blink red 10 times if the battery power is too low to operate the device).
